A therapeutic massage tailored toward the soon-to-be mama at any point in her pregnancy using side-lying positions to feel comfortable throughout
the massage session and hip opening stretches if needed.

This massage is tailored toward those who spend significant time doing physical activity such as running, biking, or other sports. Compressions
and deeper techniques can be used according to the client's needs, as well as a variety of stretches for particularly tight joints and ligaments
such as the hips and IT bands.

Abdominal Wellness
A 30 min massage that focuses on the abdomen to relieve pain and encourage digestion and blood flow to the core while supporting emotional well being. This massage can also greatly influence the flexibility of the ribs and diaphragm. ($35) 30 min
